Drop Off

1. Create an account or log in to your LiquidBidding account.

2. At the Flint LiquidBidding location request access for "Consignment" and "Allow Lot Management".

3. Request Lot Number Labels.

3. Log into your account. Go to "Add or Manage Lots" and click on the "+"(plus) button.

4. Follow the prompted questions filling in the required fields.

5. Make sure to choose an auction date for FLINT and no other location

6. At the prompt for "selling from" choose Liquidbidding.com. 

7. When you have completed your first listing you will have the option to "Add another Lot" or "Submit". You may add as many lots as needed and when you are through click "Submit".

8. Once submitted you will see a confirmation appear at the top of the screen. Your  ready to be dropped off. 

9. Please alert staff that you have consignments to drop off. You will need to sign a

contract that includes terms and conditions this shall be done at every drop off. On your first drop off you will need to sign a W9.

10. Payment on sold items will be received after two weeks from AUCTION DATE VIA Check Mailed to address on file. Items that are not sold will be charged a storage fee if not picked back up by the consigner.

ADDITIONAL TIPS

You will be asked to add a stock or reference number. This is not required.

You will be asked if the item requires a title/bill of sale or includes a lien. select yes or no.

You will be asked if there is a lot number you prefer. This is where you input the info from the lot number tags we provided you.

When asked what type of item you are selling choose the best fit from the drop-down menu.

Adding a description - Put all your information in the "General Description" box and end the description with USED or UNUSED. Please only type in the "General Description" box and ignore the additional information boxes. This will result in a better displayed title on our website.

Add images - Choose to take photos directly from the website or download from your camera roll.

If you use a mobile device the website may log you out mid-listing if you exit the page.
